Most laptop problems that are Windows related can be serviced onsite. Some hardware issues however, require a 'sterile' workplace environment where they can be disassembled and inspected without the risk of potentially damaging dust and particles entering the case. In this situation, laptops are collected and removed offsite for servicing.

In most cases a minimum inspection fee will apply, but if your Laptop or Netbook is still under warranty, we will confirm this for you before work begins. In most cases of warranty repairs, you will not be required to pay anything at all.
